
Beef Stir Fry with Sriracha Veggie Fried Rice

- 1/4 cup(s) avocado oil, divided use
- 1 lb H-E-B Shaved Beef Steak
- 1 each 19 oz package Stir Fry Kit - Sweet Sriracha
- 10 oz Frozen H-E-B Brown Rice, thawed
- 1/2 cup(s) Stick + Tine Japanese Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) green onions (optional), about 2, very thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro (optional), leaves only, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add a few slices of meat in a single layer and sear quickly on both sides. Transfer to a plate to keep warm while searing remaining meat.
- Remove pan from heat and return beef to skillet.
- Heat a second skillet over medium-high heat. Add remaining oil and stir fry kit vegetables to pan. Stir and cook according to package directions.
- Add sauce from stir fry kit as directed. Stir in thawed rice and cook just long enough to heat through.
- Add Japanese BBQ sauce to pan with beef and heat over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or just long enough to reduce sauce slightly and heat beef through.
- Serve beef alongside vegetable fried rice. Garnish with green onions and cilantro if desired.
