  • 2 lb beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup(s) white onions, quartered
  • 1/4 cup(s) Garlic
  • 32 oz Cookwell & Company Carne Guisada Starter

Instructions

  1. Season beef cubes with salt.
  2. Heat a large Dutch oven to high and add a little grapeseed oil.
  3. Add beef cubes to hot pan and brown on all sides for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in onions, garlic and carne guisada starter, reduce heat to a simmer, and add lid.
  5. Cook for 2 hours or until meat falls apart.
  6. To serve, add meat and a little sauce to tortillas.
