
Beef Carne Guisada

Ingredients
- 2 lb Beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 cup White onions, quartered
- 1/4 cup Garlic
- 32 oz Cookwell & Company Carne Guisada Starter
Instructions
- Season beef cubes with salt.
- Heat a large Dutch oven to high and add a little grapeseed oil.
- Add beef cubes to the pan and brown on all sides for 10 minutes.
- Add onions, garlic and carne guisada starter, reduce heat to a simmer, and add lid.
- Reduce heat to a simmer, and place lid on.
- Cook for 2 hours or until meat falls apart.
- To serve, add meat and a little sauce to tortillas.
