
BBQ Baby Back Ribs

- 4 lb natural baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup(s) True Texas BBQ Sweet Heat Seasoning
- 2 cup(s) H-E-B Specialty Series Carolina Style Barbeque Sauce
Instructions
- Start the grill with instant light charcoal on one side and allow the coals to turn grey. (15 minutes)
- Meanwhile, start prepping the ribs. Remove the ribs from the package and pat dry.
- Season both sides of the ribs with True Texas BBQ Sweet Heat Seasoning.
- Add 4 to 5 mesquite wood chunks to the grill and place the ribs the furthest away from the flame.
- Place the lid on the grill and cook for 2 hours, rotating the ribs at the 1-hour mark.
- After 2 hours of smoking, sauce the ribs with H-E-B Specialty Series Carolina Style Barbeque Sauce then wrap them in foil. Add 4 more mesquite chunks to the fire.
- Place the ribs back in the same spot and cook for another 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, check the ribs to make sure they are fork-tender. Remove from foil and cut between the bones.
