Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) H‑E‑B Creamy Creations Cazuela de Platano Banana Ice Cream
  • 1/4 cup(s) Banana chips, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Set a medium non-stick sauté pan over medium heat, add butter and allow to melt.
  2. Add brown sugar, rum extract, and salt. Stir until sugar melts and sauce begins to emulsify.
  3. Add bananas to sugar mixture and gently stir to soften bananas, approximately 4 to 6 minutes.
  4. Scoop H‑E‑B Creamy Creations Cazuela de Platano Banana Ice Cream into bowls and top with Bananas Foster sauce. Sprinkle with banana chips to garnish. Serve immediately.
