
Abuelas Creamy Pasta

Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Hess Street Food Abuelas Chorizo Paste
- 2 cup(s) heavy cream
- 3 cup(s) Small Shell Pasta
- 2 tbsp Cilantro, Chopped
Instructions
- Add 3 quarts of water and salt to a pot and bring to a boil.
- While water is coming to a boil, add Abuelas Chorizo Paste and heavy cream to a medium non-stick pan.
- Add pasta to boiling water. Meanwhile, stir simmering cream with a rubber spatula until cream reduces, about 5 minutes.
- Once pasta is cooked, strain and add to the sauce, tossing a couple of times.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
