  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Hess Street Food Abuelas Chorizo Paste
  • 2 cup(s) heavy cream
  • 3 cup(s) Small Shell Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, Chopped

Instructions

  1. Add 3 quarts of water and salt to a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. While water is coming to a boil, add Abuelas Chorizo Paste and heavy cream to a medium non-stick pan.
  3. Add pasta to boiling water. Meanwhile, stir simmering cream with a rubber spatula until cream reduces, about 5 minutes.
  4. Once pasta is cooked, strain and add to the sauce, tossing a couple of times.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
