Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 6 each slices of H-E-B Organic Grain & Glory 21 grain bread, plus more as needed
  • 5 3/10 oz Boursin Gourmet Cheese Spread - Shallot & Chive, as needed for spreading on bread
  • 1 large Fresh Mini Seedless Cucumbers, ends trimmed and cucumbers very thinly sliced, as needed
  • 1/2 oz fresh dill, roughly chopped, as needed for topping

Instructions

  1. Lay 6 slices of bread flat on a cutting board. Spread cheese evenly over each slice.
  2. Place cucumbers on 3 slices of bread slightly overlapping to cover the cheese.
  3. Top cucumber with chopped dill and place remaining slices of bread on top. Press sandwiches gently to seal.
  4. Evenly cut crusts off each sandwich, and slice in half or diagonally.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow sandwiches to set up before serving.
