Description
This blend of 50% Cabernet and 50% Malbec is harvested in early fall from Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina. Grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, then fermented in stainless steel. After natural malolactic fermentation, 40% of the wine is aged in French and American oak for 8 months.
