Preparation Instructions

Cooking Suggestions: Preparation: Soak rice stick in warm water for 6-10 minutes or in room temperature water for about 15-20 minutes until noodles are flexible. Drain out water and set aside the pre-soaked rice stick for later cooking. Stir-Fry: Heat cooking oil in a skillet. Add meat, pre-soaked rice stick, and vegetables and stir fry until all ingredients are fully cooked. Serve hot. Soup: Boil rice stick in boiling water until fully cooked; 2 minutes for rice stick 1 mm and 3 mm. 4-5 minutes for rice stick 5 mm and 10 mm. Then, transfer the rice stick into a bowl. Add cooked meat, vegetables, and soup as preferred. Serve hot.
