This wine starts with aromatics of fresh pear, crisp apple and jasmine. The palate is bright with tropical characters, apple peel, and a creamy, yet juicy mid palate. This wine has a long delicate, clean finish which makes you want another sip. This sauvignon blanc was
fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures preserving the floral and tropical characters of the fermentation. We then added acacia to the fermentation to enhance mouthfeel and aromatics.
