Wait at least 14 days after bleaching, relaxing or perming before coloring. Strand test before applying color to hair. Do not bleach relaxed or permed hair. All hair color contains ingredients that can cause skin irritation, which in rare cases can be severe. If you have a tattoo, the risk of skin irritation may be increased.
