About Rutherford & Meyer
Initially sprung from a desire to preserve leftover summer fruit rather than letting it spoil, Rutherford & Meyer was founded in 1995 in New Zealand by Alison Meyer and Gaye Rutherford. Their first product, quince paste, was made using an old family recipe. Today, owner Jan Meyer and the team take pride in using simple, 100% natural ingredients to produce a gourmet line of specialty wafers, crackers and fruit pastes.
