Resolve Urine Destroyer permanently eliminates urine stains, neutralizes odors on contact and helps prevent pet remarking. Formula utilizes high efficacy 100% bio-based polymer technology to remove the odor- causing molecules. Great for both pet and people accidents. Safe for use on carpets, area rugs, upholstery, fabrics, car interiors and hard floors (vinyl, ceramic and hardwood floors). KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN CAUTION: May cause eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes. FIRST AID: If in eyes, IMMEDIATELY rinse eyes with plenty of water. Remove any contact lenses and continue rinsing eyes for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, get medical attention.- DIRECTIONS FOR USE NOTE: Always test a hidden section of the carpet for colorfastness. Always use a CLEAN, WHITE cloth to blot soils. Cloth should not be used with other cleaners or chemicals. For Spots and Stains on Carpets and Upholstery: - Blot up soil with cloth. - Spray Professional RESOLVE Stain Remover Carpet Cleaner on soiled area. - Allow 3 minutes to penetrate carpet fibers and loosen soil. - Gently blot soil with cloth. Work from the edge towards the center of the spot. - Rinse cloth as needed. - Repeat process until carpet is clean. - Blot any excess moisture with a clean, white cloth. For Traffic Lanes: - Blot up any wet soils with cloth. - Vacuum any loose soil or dirt from carpet. - Spray on small area of carpet – an area 3’ x 10’ is recommended. - Allow 3 minutes to penetrate carpet fibers and loosen soils and stains. DO NOT ALLOW SOLUTION TO DRY ON CARPET. - Attach a clean bonnet pad to low-speed (up to 300 rpm) equipment. Lightly mist the bonnet pad for additional cleaning power and lubricity. - Work the area with the bonnet pad to remove soils and stains. Change bonnet pad as it becomes soiled. - Repeat process with a clean, water dampened bonnet pad to help remove any surfactant residue. - Allow carpet to dry to minimize resoiling. For Pretreatment Prior to Extraction or Shampoo Cleaning: - Lightly mist the area to be cleaned with Professional RESOLVE Stain Remover Carpet Cleaner. Spray directly onto any noticeable spots or soils. - Allow 3 minutes to penetrate carpet fibers and loosen soils. - DO NOT ALLOW SOLUTION TO DRY ON CARPET. Begin extraction or shampoo cleaning immediately after pretreatment. - Certain stains cause permanent discoloration even after cleaning. - Do not mix with bleach or use with other chemicals. - Not recommended for velvet or silk upholstery. - Keep from freezing.
