Made from wild-caught black anchovy and sea salt, Red Boat fish sauce is barrel-aged using a centuries-old fermentation method. Plus, this specialty sauce is first press and 40N, which means that it has a high protein content (more fish = more flavor). Anchovies and sea salt are slowly fermented in carefully selected wooden barrels for a year in Vietnam. Use fish sauce in sauces, marinades, dressings, soups, broths, stocks, fried rice and vegetables.
