Description

A1CNow® Self Check test system provides a quantitative measurement of the percent of glycated hemoglobin levels in capillary fingerstick blood samples. The test is for home use to monitor glycemic control in people with diabetes. The percent of A1C in your blood tells you how well you have been controlling your blood sugar levels over the past 2-3 months.

    Caution. Important: Store and use at room temperature (64-77degrees foreign/degrees celsius) and out of direct sunlight. Do not use if the product is past the expiration date. In vitro diagnostic medical device. Consult instruction for use. Keep away from sunlight. Store at 18-25 degrees celsius ( 64-77 degrees foreign).
