Point Reyes Fennel Blue is a version of their popular Bay Blue that has been infused with fennel seeds. Fennel Blue is a mild blue cheese with a hint of fennel sweetness while showcasing the beautiful earthy & umami flavors of their classic Bay Blue. Inspired by the fennel plants that grow wild on their property in Petaluma, California.

• Flavor: Rich fudgy blue cheese with notes of umami, toasted grain, and a salted caramel & fennel finish
• Color: Ivory with blue veining
