Description
Pale lemon-lime color with citrus blossom, lime zest & fresh tropical aromas. Totally crushable and crisp with zippy freshness and stone fruit flavors. Grapes picked early in the season at just over 21 Brix. Cool and slow fermentation in stainless steel tank with no malolactic conversion. These wonderful wines, from a variety of appellations, are amazing values in everyday pinot, sauvignon blanc and cabernet. Only at Central Market.
