    Allergens and safety warnings

  • Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F for 20-25 minutes. Line baking sheet with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. (For convection oven, reduce cooking time by approximately 2 minutes.)

    Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Place 1 - 2 pieces in air fryer. Fry for 8 - 10 minutes or until internal temperatures is at least 145°F. Let cool for 2 - 3 minutes before serving.
