Keep Frozen. To be thoroughly cooked before consumption. Do not refreeze. Keep frozen.
Thawing Instructions: Remove scallops from package, place in a bowl, cover and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. For a quick thaw, place unopened scallop bag in a cold water bath for approx. 30 minutes. Once thawed scallops be cooked.
