Description
Our Nimbus estate is a vineyard located at the western end of the Casablanca Valley, one of Chile's most famous cool-climate wine regions. It is located 80 km from Santiago and 20 km east of the Pacific Ocean. The soils are granitic, of variable depth and rest on a fractured bedrock that allows the roots to explore their entire profile. Its temperate temperatures during the growing season and the constant presence of morning fog give way to the slow ripening of concentrated fruit. Notes of blackberry and blueberries with a subtle earthiness and silky tannins.
