    Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully. Appliance temperatures may vary and need to be adjusted depending on your appliance. This is not a ready to eat food products. For food safety and quality purposes, cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F without over browning.
  • Preparation Suggestion: Stove Top Preheat 4T of oil or margarine in skillet over medium high heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add 4C hash browns. Cook 4-5 minutes then turn and cook an additional 4-5 minutes to a light golden brown, do not over brown. Do not stir or cover. Pan Fry with Water (Fat Free): Preheat non-stick skillet over medium high heat (350 degrees F). Add a single layer of hash browns to skillet with 3T of water. Cover and cook 5-9 minutes. Uncover, turn with spatula. Cook uncovered 5-8 minutes or until desired crispness. Note: Cook to a light golden brown. Season to taste and serve. Keep frozen.
