Description
Lingua Franca Avni Chardonnay. The aroma is complex with layers of lemongrass, honeycomb, citrus, and spice. On the palate, the wine is silky, round and supple, with a long finish. The wine has an open texture and deeper flavor, reflecting the even growing conditions throughout the season. The finish is long and mouthwatering. The AVNI Chardonnay combines fruit from predominantly volcanic soils in the Eola-Amity Hills including grapes from Yamhill-Carlton, and some fruit from the Chehalem Mountains on marine sediments.
