Our Jet Fuel is a fun roast for us! This blend was originally created for a United Airlines pilot friend of ours as a 'gag gift'. I wanted to create a dark, bold and revved- up blend that contained six different coffee origins and then roasted it just short 'French' for this signature Independence roast. Jet Fuel has become our trademark roast, enjoyed by those coffee drinkers who prefer dark coffees with a smooth finish. Intense dark roast; full-bodied and very exotic. Roast Level: Dark
