  • Lemon Pepper Fish Fillets Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes 3 Tablespoons MILK 2 Large EGGS, beaten 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. FISH FILLETS 1 cup FLOUR 1 1/2 cups HILL COUNTRY FARE(R) LEMON PEPPER BREAD CRUMBS 1 1/2 cups CANOLA OIL 1. Mix milk and eggs together in a bowl. 2. Dip fish fillets into flour, coating evenly. 3. Dip coated fish fillets into egg mix, and then into Hill Country Fare(R) Lemon Pepper Bread Crumbs. 4. Heat conola oil in a frying pan (be careful not to burn the oil) 5. Place coated fish fillets into pan, cooking both sides until they are light golden brown (3 to 4 minutes). Makes: 6-8 Servings Meal Tip: Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with salad greens.
