  • Italian Meat Balls Prep Time: 30 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes 1 lb lean ground HAMBURGER, CHUCK or SIRLOIN 2 large EGGS, beaten ½ cup HILL COUNTRY FARE ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS 2 teaspoons each: chopped GARLIC and dried PARSLEY FLAKES ½ cup shredded ITALIAN PARMESAN or ASIAGO CHEESE 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. 2. Combine the ground beef, eggs, Hill Country Fare(R) Italian Bread Crumbs, chopped garlic, dried parsley, shredded cheese and extra virgin olive oil. Quickly stir with a spoon to combine the ingredients (excessive mixing will make meatballs tough). 3. Shape the meat mixture into small one inch balls and placed in baking dish.
