The Texan tradition of smoked sausage just got a little more Hardcore. Smoked beef sausage crafted in Texas from quality beef, premium spices and smoked with real Hickory hardwood for maximum flavor. This sausage is already fully cooked, simple heat and serve to enjoy.

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep refrigerated. Sausage is fully cooked. Use within 5 days of opening.
  • Stove Top: Place a link of sausage in a pan filled with about 2 inches of boiling water. Reduce cook setting to medium, and heat for approximately 8 minutes or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.

    Microwave: Place link in a microwave-safe dish with 1/4 inch of water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 - 3 minutes or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Allow the link to sit 1 minute before serving. Because ovens vary, cooking times are approximate.

    Grill: Grill over medium heat, turning frequently, 8 - 10 minutes, or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
