    Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep Refrigerated.
  • Heat charcoal 30 minutes or gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Clean and oil grate well. Skewer scallops and baste lightly with oil or marinate for 20 minutes. Grill 4" above Medium heat (375°F). Cook 5 - 7 minutes, turning often, until scallops are opaque/white. Baste frequently during cooking. Do not overcook.
