CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN BONES.
Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Ready to cook.- Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove portions from plastic before cooking. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray Season fish to taste, then place portions skin side down on tray. Bake for 18 - 22 minutes until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque and internal temperature is 145°F.
