Jalapeño Popper Hashbrowns Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 10 H-E-B® Texas Shaped Hashbrown Patties, plus more as needed
• 1 cup whipped cream cheese
• 1/2 cup full fat sour cream
• 1 cup bacon pieces or bits
• 1 cup shredded restaurant-style cheese blend
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
• 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Place 10 hashbrowns onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
3. While hashbrowns are baking, in a bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix until creamy and fully combined, set aside.
4. Remove hashbrowns from oven and place a scoop of popper filling onto center of each hashbrown (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons).
5. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until popper mixture is nicely browned and melted. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving
