Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Clean grates and season with oil. Preheat grill to 375°F. Grill thighs about 4 inches above medium heat at for 20 - 30 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Flip thighs about every 10 minutes. Slice thighs thinly across the grain to serve.
Pan Fry: Cut thighs across the grain into 1/2 inch slices. Heat wok or large heavy skillet over high heat. Add 1 Tbsp oil to wok/skillet and tip pan to coat. Cook 1 pound at a time to prevent crowding. Cook for 7 - 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink and until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
