Preparation Instructions

Cooking: 1. Boil water (4 quarts for 12 oz of Ridged Elbows). 2. Add salt (if desired). 3. Add pasta evenly, wait for reboil. 4. Stir occasionally, cook until al dente (firm to bite), approximately 7 to 9 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and drain. Keep in a cool dry place.
