Scored on the surface for easy pan-searing and greater penetration of your favorite seasoning blend, this fresh whole tilapia is responsibly raised in a certified safe water ecosystem. (This also means no antibiotics ever and no growth hormones added!) Tilapia is mild-flavored and makes a good substitute for snapper or sea bass when you need one. Prepare this head-on, scale-on fish by pan-frying, baking or braising and enjoy its firm, dense texture in every forkful.
