Fresh and bone-in, they're responsibly raised in a certified safe water ecosystem with no antibiotics ever and no growth hormones added. Cut crosswise instead of lengthwise like fillets, salmon steaks have a horseshoe-like shape and a hefty thickness that makes them great for grilling. You can also choose to oven-bake, broil or pan-fry if you like.

    Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Clean and oil grate well. Lightly oil salmon steaks and season as desired. Grill about 4" above medium heat (375°F is ideal). For a 1" thick salmon steak, cook 5 minutes per side until fish begins to flake (150°F internal temperature).
