Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep Refrigerated.- Trim fat to 1/4''. OPTIONAL: Marinate brisket in liquid smoke. Drain. Preheat oven to 250°F. Season with garlic, onion and celery salt and place in a large roasting pan. Cover tightly and cook 6 - 7 hours. Drain juice if more than 1/2 cup exists. Pour barbecue sauce over brisket and cook an additional hour or until tender. Slice 1/4'' thick across the grain.
