Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep hot foods hot. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces including cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Stovetop: Slice completely thawed sausage into ½ inch thick patties. Place patties in a cold skillet and brown the meat thoroughly over medium-high heat for approximately 4 minutes on each side. Cook until the center is no longer pink and has an internal temperature of 170°F.
