Preparation Instructions

1. Heat non-stick or heavy skillet 2 minutes over Medium heat. This is a non-fat method: do not add oil. (Non-stick spray may be used in regular skillets). 2. Season chops as desired (or after cooking if herb/spice will burn). 3. Cook 3 minutes per side. Remove chops. Prepare sauce or gravy in some skillet if desired.
