Keep Refrigerated- Turn in seasoned flour. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Brown meat 2 min/side. Wipe oil from skillet. Add 3/4 cup beef broth or other liquid. Add chopped vegetables if desired. Cover tightly. Simmer gently over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender. Do not boil or meat will toughen. Thicken pan juices for gravy.
