    Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Season pork loin roast as desired and place on a rack in a shallow pan. Cook for 22 – 26 minutes per pound. Remove at internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Let roast rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Smoke pork loin roast at 300°F for 25 – 30 minutes per pound.
