Keep Refrigerated.- Cooking Instructions: 1. Trim fat to 1/4-inch. Optional: Marinate in liquid smoke, drain. 2. Heat oven to 250 deg. Season with garlic, onion, and celery salts. 3. Place in a large roasting pan. Cover tightly. Cook for 6 to 7 hours. 4. Drain juice if there is more than 1/2 cup. Pour barbecue sauce over brisket. Cook 1 more hour or until tender. 5. Slice 1/4-inch thick across the grain. Options: Indirect grill, smoke.
