  • Microwave: Remove dish from cardboard box. Cut slits in film cover. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir rice and beans. Replace film and heat on high for an additional minute or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand for 2 minutes.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove dish from cardboard box. Set dish on a baking sheet and cut slits in film cover. Bake on center oven rack for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Carefully remove from the oven, remove film, and stir rice and beans. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
