    FILLING (RICOTTA CHEESE [CULTURED MILK WHEY, CREAM, SALT, CITRIC ACID, LACTIC ACID], CREAM, PECORINO ROMANO PDO CHEESE [CULTURED SHEEP'S MILK, SALT, ENZYMES], LACTOSE, CORN STARCH, RICE FLOUR, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, LEMON JUICE), PASTA (WHEAT FLOUR, PASTEURIZED EGG, DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA).

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Contains: MILK, WHEAT, EGG. May contain traces of soy. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly.
  • Stovetop: Remove pasta from packaging. Bring 2 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Empty pasta into saucepan and return to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally, for 4 – 5 minutes. Once cooked, drain pasta and toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil, or your favorite sauce. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
