    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep frozen at 0°F or below. For safety and quality, cook vegetables to 165°F prior to consumption.
  • Stovetop Stir-Fry (recommended method):
    Thaw vegetables for 20 minutes at room temperature or place them in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Heat a heavy skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp canola oil and thawed vegetables. Stir-fry vegetables for 3 - 5 minutes or until tender. Season for taste.

    Microwave:
    To cook half package: Place frozen vegetables and 1 Tbsp water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cook on HIGH power for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain and season to taste. To cook whole package, use 2 Tbsp water and cook for 7 - 8 minutes. Microwaves do vary; cooking time may need adjusting.
