Contains: CATFISH. Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
Deep-Fried Catfish: Heat enough oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat for catfish nuggets to float. Coat nuggets with flour. Dip in milk or beaten egg to coat, then roll in fish fry seasoning. Fry nuggets in 375°F oil for 4 - 5 minutes, depending on size, until golden. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
