From our H-E-B Deli, this provolone is conveniently sliced for sandwiches. Stagionato, or aged, for 90 days, it's a decadent cheese that has more intensity and less moisture than ordinary provolone and is not smoked. Place a couple slices on a open roast beef sandwich or into a hot pastrami on rye. To give you an idea of how much provolone to order, there’s about a ½ lb of cheese in each resealable bag.
