Extra thickly cut to be about 1-¼" – 1-½" each, these H-E-B boneless ribeye pork chops cook up nice and juicy. Cut from the center of the loin in the rib area, they’re also sometimes called rib chops. To prepare this Texas-Size Pack of chops, rub them with your favorite seasoning blend and cook on the grill or in the air fryer.

    Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (325°F is ideal). Season pork chops as desired and grill at 325°F for 8 – 12 minutes per side. Remove pork chops at internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Let pork chops rest for 10 minutes before serving. Other Option: Air fry pork chops at 370°F for 7 – 10 minutes per side.
