Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 40 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Season or marinate pork ribs as desired. Grill at 325°F for 40 minutes with lid closed. Turn and baste ribs after 20 - 30 minutes. Cook until internal meat temperature reaches 165°F.
