Keep Refrigerated- Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Season with seasoned salt and pepper or as desired. Grill 4" above Medium heat. Hold palm just above grate. If heat causes you to pull away in 4 seconds heat is ideal (375 degrees F). Cook for 2 1/2-3 1/2 min/side.
