    Safe Handling: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods.   • Preheat oven to 300°F. Rub both sides of ribs with your seasoning of choice. Place ribs on a rack in a large, shallow pan. Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover pan with foil, sealing tightly and cook 1.5 hours in the center of oven. Finish cooking by grilling 12 - 15 minutes over medium heat, turning every 5 minutes until surface temperature reaches 375°F.
