Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes (until ash covered) or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season skirt steak as desired and cook for 7 - 10 minutes per side. Remove at internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Let skirt steak rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Air fry skirt steak at 370°F for 4 - 5 minutes per side.
