  • FOR BEST RESULTS, COOK FROM FROZEN. OVEN TEMPERATURES MAY VARY. ADJUST COOKING TIMES ACCORDINGLY. Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with foil (lightly crumple for extra crispiness). Bake for 18-22 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork, turning 1 time during baking. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. (For convection oven, reduce cooking time by approximately 2 minutes.) Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Place 2-4 pieces in air fryer. Fry for 9-11 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 145°F. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
