About Grain4Grain
Concerned about the large amount of waste in the food industry, Yoni Medhin founded Grain4Grain in 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. Fueled by the mission of turning byproducts into healthy, everyday ingredients, he and his company developed a process of upcycling spent grain from local microbreweries into a low-carb, high-protein flour. From keto pancake and waffle mix to diabetic-friendly seasoned breading, Grain4Grain products make sustainable eating possible in every kitchen.
